Open House Highlights
The SUPERB Open House on August 19, 2011 was a very successful. Over 1100 people visited and took a tour of the newly completed facility that included 20 stops from Innovation Plaza to Finished Product Exhibits. SUPERB team members were on hand to show visitors the innovative processes that enables SUPERB to compete globally. WKLM radio was on site to report the activities as they unfolded. The Al Zimmerman Combo Band and special guest Karl Koch from Germany provided entertainment on the plaza. The folks from Sand Hill School provided food in abundance. The day concluded with the dedication of the Third Street School Memorial complete with the American Legion Color Guard and a singing of the national anthem by SUPERB Controller Andy Diemer.
