John Miller
Manufacturing has been a lifetime endeavor for President John Miller. One of his earliest memories is seeing his father beam with pride when he made his first stamped part on a used stamping press in a remodeled chicken barn on grandfather's farm. John was five years old when he watched that first part being made. The family business grew and along with it John's involvement from sweeping floors to building progressive dies as a teenager.
Later John pursued a career in manufacturing as a design engineer for Cooper Tools; manufacturing engineer at Chrysler Corporation; project engineer for Bihler of America. Subsequently, John moved his family to Germany where he worked for a non-profit as a manager for four years.
John co-founded SUPERB Industries, Inc. with a commitment to doing things better. This endeavor that started in a two-car garage now occupies a modern 50,000 square feet of manufacturing facility. John remains committed to the same standard of excellence as the company continues to grow.
John studied engineering, holds a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts, and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Organizational Management. John enjoys boating, water skiing, traveling, reading, writing articles and contributing to humanitarian projects for his church.
