Dies produced in-house are designed and manufactured to exacting tolerances to ensure a high level of quality in the stamped part. Progressive tooling is built with rigid custom made die sets, floating punches guided by tight-tolerance, independently guided strippers, and carbide details selected specifically for the material being stamped.

In addition to our ability to design and build SUPERB stamping dies, our tooling group commands a broad spectrum of design options regarding value-added operations such as tapping, welding, and sub-assembly. We constantly press toward the elimination of secondary and off-line operations, thus greatly reducing labor costs.
